Cardio Sharp/Cardio Sharp Jr.
Physically fit students perform better academically, behave better at school and home, and are simply more comfortable in their own skin. While we know the roles diet, homework, and sleep play in ‘powering up’ a student’s ‘network’ for the classroom, the last 20 years of scientific research has revealed a new, major player in the ‘ready‐to‐learn’ domain – cardiovascular fitness. Cardio Sharp is driven by this relationship between enthusiastic, vigorous play and cognitive and behavioral development. Modified games, sports, and challenges equip students with exciting, efficient tools for realizing the promises of cardiovascular conditioning. Happy, comfortable kids with better grades – that’s our business, that’s our mission. Cost includes T-shirt, hat, and water bottle!
